JENGA Night

This was a great night. I sent out letters with some verses (seen below). We talked about how God is building us into a spiritual house for him and how if we are missing pieces to the building, it falls down. We also talked about how our family is the foundation of our growth. Without a proper foundation the building will also fall. Keep these verses in your hearts as Legacy Youth is being built into something wonderful:

1 Peter 2:4-5  "As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him— you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ."

Deuteronomy 11:18-21  “Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
